Halfway Through 2006!

Wanted to write this Blog on Friday, just before the turn of the 2nd half of the year... anyways, here goesss. A little reflection of the first half of 2006.

The pix was taken during a Church Youth Leaders recently at Fraser's Hill... why taken in this manner? Itz one of my Wedding Photos' position & angle about 3yrs ago. How time has passed? Even more meaningful with the addition to the two of us in this pix.

Summary of 1st Half of 2006:
A whole new world with Baby Gideon around... most of the previous Freedom (whatever left after marriage, hehehehhh) that was enjoyed is down to the bare minimum. A typical day will revolve around activities with him given the priority... So unlike me, a crazy fella who can't sit still & full of activities with 'buddies' until i seldom see daylight in my house. These days, many of 'these buddies' will wonder what has happened to the 'happening' fellow... well, here i am, been trying my best to be a good daddy. :)

Things haf changed at home too... an addition to the Chan clan, my new sis-in-law! ;D

Work's fine - did pretty well last 2 quarters, Praise God! ;)

Activities front... Thank God my empathising wife approves my application for Badminton on Monday nitesss.

Church side - 2nd Service started & more avenues to serve, as a Greeter, a Singer (Worship Leader, hopefully soon), Sound System, Youth Fellowship Trainee & (SCG Teacher soon too).

What else...?
Praise God for the new wheels - An Inokom Matrix in Sky Silver, if u do catch *** 3930 on the road, thatz most likely my wife in the day & me in the night & weekends! :D

Job - Praying for more success in closing cases to be 'promoted' to Senior Consultant where i can lead a team... moving on from the low typical executive mentality at last, hopefully soon! ;)

Thatz about all folksss.
Will write on my 'aspirations' for the 2nd half of the year soon... hopefully before itz Christmas time!! :P
